About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead both the strategic direction of our product roadmap and the operational execution of cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a balance of product leadership owning the vision, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes and project management discipline, ensuring seamless delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Leadership:

● Define and maintain the product vision and 12-month roadmap aligned with business objectives.

● Lead product discovery initiatives, including user research, competitor analysis, and market insights.

● Drive the successful definition, delivery, and adoption of innovative product features, including Agentic AI initiatives.

● Establish and monitor KPIs to track adoption, engagement, churn reduction, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

● 3–5 years of experience in product management, project management, or hybrid roles.

● Proven success in developing and executing product roadmaps.

● Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

● Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

● Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
