Are you someone who lives and breathes full-funnel marketing? Do you obsess over how a brand is perceived, how stories convert, and how performance meets creativity? We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in scaling brands, building strategies that convert, and driving performance through storytelling.

Location: Lahore, Gulberg III (Onsite)

Days: Monday to Friday

What you will Be Doing:

  • Brand-Led Performance Marketing: You won't just run ads. You'll craft brand stories, build compelling funnels, and devise full-funnel strategies that drive conversions.
  • META & Paid Marketing Expertise: Develop creative ad ideas and customer-centric funnels. Analyze and improve CAC vs LTV metrics.
  • Work with UGC: Understand and implement User-Generated Content into storytelling and campaigns.
  • Collaboration-Driven: Work closely with the content strategist to align messaging across touchpoints.
  • Community Building: Play a key role in building the Primefit Community through PR, partnerships, and social channels.

What you MUST Bring:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in growth, content and Digital Creation
  • Deep understanding of funnels, consumer psychology, and digital campaign strategy
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, UGC, CAC/LTV dynamics, and storytelling in media
  • A creative mind with a strategic edge – balancing brand with numbers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with ability to build reports, insights and forecasting in the marketing department.
