This position demands an experienced Brand Manager who can analyze market trends, research consumer behavior, and develop impactful marketing strategies to drive business forward.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and overseeing the development of creative content that resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  2. Develop and communicate our vision and mission to stakeholders.
  3. Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
  4. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals working on brand initiatives.
  5. Oversee the creation of engaging content and monitor market trends.
  6. Supervise new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  7. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions to inform future strategy.
  8. Develop innovative growth strategies to drive business forward.
  9. Establish performance specifications, cost parameters, market applications, and sales estimates to inform business decisions.
  10. Manage content writers and oversee the creation of compelling content.
  11. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics to ensure a unified vision.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
  2. Able to develop and communicate effective brand and marketing strategies to executives.
  3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising impactful campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of the marketing mix.
  5. Excellent analytical skills combined with a creative approach.
  6. Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers.
