Customer Sales Representative – Night Shift (Auto Insurance Campaign)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 (Based on skills & experience)

Shift: Night Shift

Open to: Male & Female candidates

Join Date: Immediate

Globe Tech Communications is hiring enthusiastic and skilled Customer Sales Representatives for our Auto Insurance Campaign (Night Shift). If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in call center or telesales environments, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Engage potential customers via outbound calls (US-based campaign)
  • Promote and sell auto insurance services effectively
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar sales or call center role
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and listening)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Must be able to handle own commute and accommodation
  • Willing to join immediately
  • Basic computer literacy
