Role Over View

We're hiring professional, target-driven
Customer Sales Representatives
to make outbound calls to UK General Practices (GPs) and schedule appointments with GP specialists on behalf of our client. You'll be the first point of contact, representing an international healthcare service — so a polished, professional tone and excellent spoken English are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to UK GPs and GP practices to introduce our client's service.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments between UK GP specialists and our client's stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate call notes, appointment records and lead status in CRM.
  • Meet daily/weekly appointment-creation targets and KPIs.
  • Handle follow-ups, reschedules and basic objection-handling professionally.
  • Provide feedback to team leads on trends or common objections from UK practices.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed appointments.

Must-have qualifications & skills

  • Proven outbound sales/telemarketing experience —
    specifically selling to or calling UK clients/GPs or UK healthcare sector experience is highly preferred
    .
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent understandable to UK-based healthcare professionals.
  • Strong telephone manner, persuasive communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working the 1:00 PM–9:00 PM PKT shift reliably.
  • Prior experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to log calls and update opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
  • Professional, customer-first attitude and ability to represent an international client with integrity.

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with UK healthcare/GP practice workflows or pharmacy student training pathways.
  • Experience booking B2B appointments or working on appointment-setting campaigns.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales KPIs.
