Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Sales Representative. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, processing orders and returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, emails, and live chats, as well as maintaining customer records and documenting interactions. The role also involves upselling and cross-selling products and services and collaborating with other team members to address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience and ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
