- Setting appointments and meetings for the CEO/Director.
- Interacting efficiently with internal departments and external organizations.
- Maintaining office filing and coordination systems.
- Corresponding for and with the CEO/Director.
- Typing up minutes.
- Answering calls.
- Organizing official arrangements.
- Drafting various official letters.
- Maintaining a calendar of meetings.
- Reviewing, organizing, and responding to mails.
- Ensuring guests meet with the CEO/Director.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Should have a pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to multi-task and organize others.
