  • Setting appointments and meetings for the CEO/Director.
  • Interacting efficiently with internal departments and external organizations.
  • Maintaining office filing and coordination systems.
  • Corresponding for and with the CEO/Director.
  • Typing up minutes.
  • Answering calls.
  • Organizing official arrangements.
  • Drafting various official letters.
  • Maintaining a calendar of meetings.
  • Reviewing, organizing, and responding to mails.
  • Ensuring guests meet with the CEO/Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
  • Should have a pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to multi-task and organize others.
