Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced
High Ticket Sales Manager or Sales Agency
who can close
B2B high-ticket AI & automation deals
on a
100% commission basis
.
No fixed salary—you
earn when you close

We're seeking a partner who already has established sales systems—including outreach tools, CRM access, and a strong professional network—to connect directly with key decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, CTOs, Innovation Directors, and Operations Heads) and accelerate deal closures.
What You'll Do
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with
mid-market business leaders
in our target industries. - Present Raaz Labs'
AI-powered solutions
to potential clients and convey clear ROI benefits. - Manage the
sales pipeline
from prospecting to closing high-value deals ($10K–$300K+). - Negotiate terms, handle objections, and secure
long-term client partnerships
. - Report progress, share insights, and collaborate with our technical team to meet client needs.

What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in
B2B high-ticket sales
(ideally $10K+ per deal). - Existing
tools & network

highly preferred
. - Strong
closing skills
and ability to communicate complex solutions in simple terms. - Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented—you thrive in a commission-only environment.
