Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist Front and Upsell (Design Unit) at Mad Minds Creative located in Karāchi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential new customers, maintaining relationships with current customers, and driving sales of design services. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for training and managing sales staff to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Experience in training and mentoring sales staff
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with sales management practices and techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in design or creative industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients

Pitch our services and set up qualified meetings

Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads

Collaborate with the sales team to hit conversion goals

Domain will be, Design (Web / Logo)

Who You Are:

Excellent verbal communication skills (English is a must)

Confident and comfortable speaking with US / UK -based leads

Target-driven ($5K - $20K), with a passion for sales and growth
