Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Officer to handle our company's billing, record-keeping, and daily financial data entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial documentation, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices to clients for services rendered in a timely manner.
  2. Perform daily data entry to update and maintain financial records, ledgers, and internal databases.
  3. Manage and maintain systematic records of all incoming and outgoing bills, payments, and receipts.
  4. Update and reconcile daily financial sheets using MS Excel and other internal tools.
  5. Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries as required.
  6. Liaise with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment follow-ups.
  7. Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed, archived, and readily accessible.

Job Specification:

  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
