Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Karachi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and promoting real estate projects, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include leads conversiona, conducting market research, attending meetings, and generating sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management and client engagement skills
  • Market research and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
