We are looking for a Sale Support Liaison for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, answering any incoming inquiries, and assisting customers while communicating with vendors.

An ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, have strong English fluency to understand and communicate on all levels, be target-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player. You will be assisting the manager and the director in daily business-related tasks and activities. The candidate must not be enrolled in any educational or part/full-time job.

Work Type: Full time, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (On-site only).

Annual leave: after probationary period.

Pay: Starting Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per month; possible raise up to Rs 5,000 increment after probationary period and semi-annual performance review.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Exceptional communication in English, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  2. Fluent in English with a neutral American accent. Must be able to understand the Southern American accent.
  3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with skills to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Effectively responding to incoming inquiries in a timely manner through various communication channels.
  6. Ability to work with simultaneous follow-ups and multiple targets; must be able to organize and prioritize workload.
Job Specification

Job Criteria:

  1. Data entry skills and detail-oriented.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  3. Proficient in using Windows and ability to learn different online platforms.
  4. Regular attendance and punctuality.
  5. Not allowed to surf the web, access personal emails or social media.
  6. Phones are not allowed in the workspace.
  7. Will provide paid two weeks training, followed by secondary training after the probationary period.
