Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and optimize our presence and sales performance on the TikTok Shop platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, e-commerce best practices, and a proven ability to drive sales and engagement on the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through our TikTok Shop.
  • Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing within the TikTok Shop.
  • Plan and execute TikTok Shop LIVE sessions, short-form video content, and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with content creators and influencers to promote products on TikTok Shop.
  • Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop performance data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to TikTok Shop orders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok Shop features, policies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in managing and driving sales on the TikTok Shop platform, Via organic optimization and GMV max campaigns.
  • Should have experience with large-scale inventory management and can build and handle multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
