Position: Assistant Manager Field Sales
Location: Faisalabad

Key Objectives of the Job

This role is responsible for delivering business targets and managing accounts for MT customers & expansion in key channels for local & imported portfolios. This involves working closely with importers & distributors to identify, develop, and execute strategies in relevant channels, building strong relationships to drive growth through strategic alignment and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and MT customers in the assigned geography.
  • Negotiate and execute trading terms to drive business contracts.
  • Expand USG through relevant channels and increase visibility of local & international portfolios.
  • Implement category plans, launches, initiatives, and promotions with customers, collaborating with trade and shopper marketing teams.
  • Manage business to reduce friction and channel conflicts.
  • Lead forecasting processes in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage end stocks for importers and distributors.
  • Ensure merchandising and visibility standards are met across categories.
  • Develop strategies for profitable growth with customers.
  • Make tactical decisions to counter competitors' moves.
  • Coordinate with importers and distributors to ensure timely stock replenishment and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure category leadership through robust planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to co-create JMFGs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles involving MT & DT, with understanding of import business.
  • Core skills include Key Account Management, Relationship Management, Negotiation, People Management, External Orientation, Innovation, Digital Skills, and Communication.
