Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Gujranwala. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and participating in training sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Services
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Leadership and Team Management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
