Key Responsibilities:Email Campaigns & Flows

Plan, write, and schedule daily, weekly, monthly, and special event-based email campaigns (e.g., payday sales, flash sales, clearance events)

Build and manage automated Klaviyo flows (browse abandonment, welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, etc.)

Coordinate with the design team to ensure visuals are accurate, error-free, and align with the copy and strategy

Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, design formats, send times, and content

Push Notification Strategy (via PushOwl):

Plan and schedule high-impact push campaigns for product drops, restocks, offers, and sales

Set up and manage automated push sequences (e.g., price drop alerts, back-in-stock)

Analyze click-through rates and conversion performance to optimize timing, frequency, and copy

Integrate push strategy with email campaigns for a unified message experience

Market Intelligence & Planning

Conduct regular market research and trend analysis to keep messaging fresh and relevant

Benchmark against competitors to identify content gaps and innovation opportunities

Own the marketing calendar and ensure all email and push activities are aligned with product and promo schedules

Copywriting & Creative Collaboration

Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy tailored for Millennial, and DTC audiences

Work closely with the creative/design team to develop campaign themes, angles, and narratives

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on key KPIs across email and push platforms (open rates, CTR, revenue, deliverability)

Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance

Maintain clean lists, segmentation strategies, and audience hygiene practices

What You'll Need:

Expertise in:

Klaviyo (required)

PushOwl or similar push notification tools

Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, Klaviyo

Strong copywriting skills with a knack for short-form, impactful messaging

Experience managing campaign schedules and executing error-free launches

Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and digital buying behavior

Proactive mindset with high attention to detail and follow-through

Experience collaborating with design teams to ensure brand consistency

Nice to Have:

Background DTC brands

Familiarity with SMS marketing tools

Experience with Shopify,klaviyo, and clickup for planning and reviews
