The role of a lead generation specialist is to identify, qualify, and nurture leads for the company's products/services and clients. This involves developing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns across various platforms such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Job Description

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. You will also need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using various channels.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences.
  3. Nurture leads through personalized outreach and follow-up.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments accordingly.

You will be responsible for working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in lead generation and B2B/B2C sales.
