Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

Oversee listing optimization across platforms, including Amazon, eBay, TEMU, TikTok Shop, Cdiscount, ManoMano, Bol.com, The Range, and Shopify.

Ensure listings are fully optimized for search visibility, conversions, and compliance with platform-specific guidelines.

Monitor and manage PPC campaigns across marketplaces to ensure continuous performance improvements.

Coordinate inventory and stock updates, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Ads Management

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, including:

Google Ads

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok Ads

Analyze performance metrics ( ROAS, AD Spend%), manage budgets, and refine strategies to meet ROAS and CPA targets.

Manage and track overall sales off all channels, including website, marketplaces, spends, etc.

Social Media & Content

Manage content generation and posting across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.

Oversee development and scheduling of:

Static content (single images, carousels)

Short-form and long-form videos

Captions, copywriting, and hashtags

Ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and growth across all channels.

Website & SEO Management

Coordinate with WordPress and Shopify developers for regular updates, feature enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Guide basic SEO strategies for both on-site content and blog development.

Email Marketing & Data Operations

Supervise email marketers to plan, segment, and execute campaigns with performance tracking.

Oversee data entry, CRM updates, and customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure high-quality support and data accuracy.

Management Skills:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and project goals.

Represent the PMO in internal and external meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.

Coordinate and support the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings; follow up on action items with stakeholders.

Monitor project performance using Internal CRM, Jira, ClickUp, and MS Project tools.

Prepare and distribute regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to leadership.

Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or resource constraints to the head of Project Management – PMO.

Maintain project calendars and ensure alignment of schedules across teams.

Support resource allocation and help resolve any resource or scheduling conflicts.

Ensure adherence to PMO templates, workflows, and project management standards.

Maintain a well-organized and auditable repository of all project-related documentation.
