We're seeking a skilled HubSpot Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end HubSpot marketing dashboard operations. This role requires a full-stack HubSpot expert who can create, manage, and optimize workflows, ensure seamless data integrations, and deliver actionable marketing analytics to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing dashboards, including reporting and analytics.
  • Create, update, and maintain automated workflows to support lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
  • Ensure smooth data integration between HubSpot and other platforms/tools (e.g., CRMs, data lakes, CMS).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data hygiene and CRM accuracy.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot best practices and usage.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle stages, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs for syncing HubSpot with other systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
