Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist clients with vehicle shipping inquiries
  2. Convert leads into sales by offering tailored solutions and building trust
  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer concerns
  4. Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or CRM tools
  5. Negotiate prices and provide accurate quotes based on shipment requirements
  6. Maintain and update records of interactions and sales using the company CRM software
  7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  8. Work closely with the dispatch and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination

Requirements

  1. Excellent spoken English communication skills (American accent is a plus)
  2. Prior experience in international sales or U.S. logistics/freight brokerage is preferred (not mandatory)
  3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  4. Confidence on calls with U.S.-based customers
  5. Ability to work night shifts without supervision
  6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center tools
  7. A results-driven mindset and positive attitude
