Student Recruitment Manager

Markcon is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking, and multi-tasking Student Recruitment Manager - Business Development Assistant to join our international team with an immediate start.
A successful candidate will be able to positively promote the company through hard work and professional conduct. This should always be reflected in the candidate's professional presentation during office hours. As a student recruitment manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service
- Various day-to-day administrative tasks
- Student counseling
- Managing leads and inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drafting professional emails and letters
- Assessing and screening candidate applications
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Networking and head-hunting potential candidates
- Working on other projects as directed by management
- Reporting and record maintenance
- Product development and expansion
The following skills will give your application an advantage:
- Administration, International Student Recruitment, Office Management, Business Development, Network Development
- Proficiency in IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, Social Media Marketing, research skills, web development, and social media skills)
The successful candidate will receive training and equipment to perform their duties.
