Senior Recruitment Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts across the USA and Australia from our South Asia hub in Lahore.

  • We are looking for a motivated, confident, and knowledgeable professional with experience in student recruitment, international education, or education marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what students and families in Pakistan look for when considering study in the US or Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our USA and Australia student recruitment strategy in Pakistan.
  • Expand our agent networks and strengthen relationships with universities.
  • Support students through their journey to studying abroad.
  • Travel within the region for agent engagement and student-facing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, international education, or education marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
