Applications are invited from qualified, competent, motivated, innovative, goal-oriented, and committed professionals (Pakistani Nationals) for the following position at Government College, University Faisalabad:

Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

Mode of Appointment: Three (03) Years on Contract, Not Extendable

Age: 40-50 Years (Age Relaxation: As per Government Rules)

Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in any discipline from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC); and
  • Eight years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized public or private universities or degree awarding institutes or public sector organizations.
    • OR MS or M.Phil in any discipline or 18 years education from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC); and
    • Ten years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
      • OR MA or MSc in any discipline or 16 years education with at least 2nd division from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC); and
      • Twelve years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
      Instructions
      • The latest prescribed Application & Bio-data Form can be downloaded from the university's website (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk) and should be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs.3000/- (non-refundable) in favor of the Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad.
      • Completed application forms, supported by attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, three recent photographs, and an updated CV, should be sent to the Recruitment Cell.
      • Applicants must attach an equivalence certificate (where applicable) issued by HEC or relevant authority with the application.
      • Applicants working in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, or GCUF employees must apply through proper channels with NOC and service certificates; otherwise, their applications will be rejected.
      • Candidates already in service must apply through proper channels, attaching departmental permission certificates.
      • The university reserves the right to withdraw or not fill the post without reasons.
      • All supporting documents must be submitted in triplicate on the prescribed form.
      • Application scrutiny will be final; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
      • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
      • Complete applications must reach the Recruitment Cell, Registrar Office, GCUF, by January 23, 2025.
      Note
      • Shortlisting will be based on university policy and procedure.
      • The university is not responsible for delays in receiving call letters.
      • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
