Overview

Experts Communication is in search of a talented and motivated individual for the post of Senior Sales Executive-Front. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Design Sales experience. Salary varies between 80k to 140k (PKR) per month and other benefits depend upon the skills and experience. Salary: to PKR. Target: 10K$ to 15K$. Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Make calls and promote the company's services.
  • Deal with customers in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • Ensure timely follow-up.
  • Apply effective selling and negotiation skills.
  • Address clients\' specific needs with tailored design solutions.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, promptly following up with potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Convert Bark-generated leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our design services.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with the team to maximize customer value.
  • Proven experience in front-end sales, utilizing platforms like , Discord, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Sales, preferably within the web, design, and development sector.
  • A verifiable and impressive history of achievements in the design and development industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both front sales and upselling strategies effectively.
  • Proficient negotiation and closing skills, leveraging a consultative selling approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Ability to work on the night shift.
  • Time management.
  • Ability to lead the team.
