Amazon Account Manager (Wholesale and Dropshipping)

We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Dropshipping Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing profitable wholesale and drop shipping operations on Amazon UK and US marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sourcing, supplier onboarding, product listing, order management, and maintaining account health according to Amazon's policies.

Note: Private Label and FBA experience is not relevant for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale Amazon wholesale and drop shipping stores (UK & US markets)
  • Discover and onboard reliable suppliers across categories like Home & Kitchen, Pet Supplies, Electronics, Beauty, and more (excluding apparel)
  • Conduct in-depth product research using tools like Keepa, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.
  • Create optimized product listings with compelling content, relevant keywords, and competitive pricing
  • Oversee complete order processing workflow, including inventory syncing and shipment tracking
  • Monitor account health, handle A-Z claims, and ensure performance metrics are within Amazon standards
  • Proactively handle customer service issues including returns, refunds, and inquiries
  • Stay informed with the latest Amazon dropshipping policies, trends, and compliance guidelines
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon wholesale and drop shipping (UK & US)
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's Buy Box strategy, policy compliance, account performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with drop shipping tools like AutoDS, DSM Tool, or similar platforms
  • Proven track record of building and managing supplier relationships across multiple product categories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Karachi-based and open to full-time on-site work
