Remote Amazon Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:

We seek an organized, customer-focused remote virtual assistant to manage daily operations and optimize our online business performance.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills and be proficient in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimizing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing advertising campaigns.

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central account, including product inventory management, order processing, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Enhance product listings by incorporating relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Perform market research to identify trends and new opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Amazon virtual assistant or similar role.

• Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools and features.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with third-party software (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10) and e-commerce platforms (Etsy, eBay).

• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and A+ Content creation techniques.

• Previous social media management or content creation experience is beneficial.
