Amazon Account Specialist Job Overview

As a seasoned Amazon account specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing discoverability for our portfolio of accounts. Your expertise in e-commerce, project management, and digital marketing will be instrumental in developing and executing backend strategies to optimize product listings.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and be proficient in using tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client communication via email.

You will collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies and ensure seamless execution, monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to improve account performance.

Staying up-to-date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices is essential to ensure compliance and maximize account potential.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon, e-commerce, project management, or a related field is required.
  • Effective management of backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon is essential.
  • Collaboration with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies and ensure seamless execution is critical.
  • Developing and executing backend strategies to optimize product listings, enhance discoverability, and drive sales is a key responsibility.

This full-time position requires a commitment to abide by our time tracking system to accurately record and report work hours. You will also have access to Company Apps and Tools that are effective for Productivity, Communication, and Collaboration.
