GrowthRise Solutions is seeking enthusiastic E-commerce Client Engagement Coordinators to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to grow in the e-commerce industry and make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
  3. Assist in processing returns and managing order fulfillment efficiently.
  4. Maintain accurate tracking records for seamless order management.
  5. Engage in live chat support to address customer queries and provide solutions.
  6. Handle account-related concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. Utilize computer systems for data entry and managing customer interactions.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to optimize workflow.
  9. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English for clear customer interactions.
  10. Resolve customer concerns effectively through professional and courteous communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute daily to our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a plus.
  • Must bring a personal laptop to the office daily.
