This position reports to:

ELDS Lcl M&S Mgr & EL Commercial Leader PK

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will execute service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions, ABB standards, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers, demonstrating urgency and care in your responsibilities.

The work model for this role is: onsite.

This role contributes to the Electrification sector in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers onsite to identify opportunities for operational improvements and pain point elimination.
  • Perform field service tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct analysis remotely or onsite across service categories and products.
  • Prepare material lists for service activities and ensure the availability and quality of all materials, parts, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process failures, recommend proactive corrective actions, and suggest future preventive measures.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in MV/LV.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or BTech degree.
  • Based in Karachi.
  • Fluency in English is required.
