Your role and responsibilities

I denna roll får du möjlighet att utföra servicetjänster med låg till medelhög komplexitet enligt arbetsinstruktioner och i enlighet med ABB:s standardprocesser, kvalitetsstandarder och säkerhetsföreskrifter. Du planerar och utför dagligen arbete med ett "första gången rätt"-tillvägagångssätt med kunder. Du visar också din expertis genom att tydligt förstå brådskande situationer och visa omsorg inom ditt ansvarsområde.

Arbetsmodellen för rollen är: onsite

Denna roll bidrar till Electrification i Pakistan.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Samarbeta med kunden (på plats) för att identifiera möjligheter att förbättra kundens verksamhet och eliminera problem.
  • Utföra fältservicetjänster, identifiera tekniska problem och analysera dessa via fjärr- eller platsbaserade aktiviteter inom servickategorier och produkter.
  • Förbereda materiallistor för serviceaktiviteter och säkerställa att alla material, delar och utrustning är tillgängliga och av rätt kvalitet.
  • Felsöka utrustnings- och processfel, begära proaktiva korrigerande åtgärder och ge rekommendationer för att undvika framtida problem.

Kvalifikationer för rollen

  • 2-3 års erfarenhet som fältservicetekniker inom MV/LV.
  • Kandidatexamen i elektroteknik eller motsvarande Btech-examen.
  • Baserad i Karachi.
  • Flytande engelska är ett krav.
