Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Ø Greet persons entering organization

Ø Direct persons to correct destination

Ø Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone

Ø Ensures knowledge of customer movements in and out of organization

Ø Makes a records of all walk in customers

Ø Take the feedback from sales person about customers

Communication:

Ø Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary

Ø Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed

Ø Make record of daily calls

Ø Prepare monthly calls sheet

Mail & Deliveries:

Ø Send, receive, sort & distribute mail and deliveries

Ø Make record of daily mail & deliveries

Ø General administrative and clerical support for administration department

Ø Any other task assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Qualification:A minimum of: Bachelor's Degree Major: Any discipline

Experience:A minimum of: 1 year is preferred Desirable: 2 years

Special Competencies: Basic Computer skills, Exchange handling
