Job Title: Manager - Accounts Receivables

Reports to: Financial Controller

Location: Lahore

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and skilled Manager Accounts Receivable in our Shared Services Department to oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable function across multiple group companies, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition, effective reporting on credit management, and seamless collaboration with remote country finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership

1.Supervise and mentor Accounts Receivable team members.

2.Ability to lead and motivate a team.

3.Effective coordination with Country Finance Teams (remotely).

Accounts Receivable Operations

1.Supervise and coordinate AR activities across multiple group companies.

2.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.

3.Monitor and report aged debt, reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

4.Resolve complex customer disputes and discrepancies.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

1.Analyse and reconcile Accounts Receivables accounts, identifying discrepancies.

2.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3.Ensure accurate and timely journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closings.

Compliance and Process Improvement

1.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.

2.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

3.Monitor and manage Accounts Receivables function metrics.

4.Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOP compliance, and audit requirements.

External Collaboration and Support

1.Liaise with country finance teams to ensure AR processes alignment.

2.Conduct regular virtual meetings to discuss AR performance and address concerns.

3.Arrange data for external audits, tax, and regulatory compliances on request of Country Finance teams.

Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

- ACCA / CA (Finalist) having articles from reputed audit firms

- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables management.

3 Years of Managerial Experience

- Experience with ERPs & advance excel skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Monthly Salary:220k-270k PKR
