Job Description

XPROLABS has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we're looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that tradition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. The role involves employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, with opportunities for system development and refinement. We seek an HR manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the dynamic workforce.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Recruiting excellent staff consistently
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
  • Training, counseling, and coaching staff
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring awareness
  • Creating clear and concise reports
  • Delivering helpful and engaging presentations
  • Reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
  • Leading a team of junior HR managers
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
  • Planning, monitoring, and appraising HR activities, including management conferences, grievances, training managers, and counseling employees and supervisors
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or recruitment
  • Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
