Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. The role also involves maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Exceptional skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Proficiency in HRIS and related software tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
