We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accountant with a complete accounting skillset and a strong background in the logistics and transportation sector. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in fleet billing, operational accounting, and taxation – and must be based in Karachi with their own bike for occasional site visits.

  • Manage full-cycle accounting (payables, receivables, reconciliations, ledgers)
  • Process and maintain accurate fleet billing records (fuel, mileage, maintenance, trips)
  • Handle invoicing for logistics clients and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Track and report transportation-related costs and operational expenses
  • Assist in monthly closings, financial reporting, and audit preparation
  • Ensure tax compliance including sales tax, income tax, and withholding
  • Support logistics and fleet management with timely cost analysis
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a logistics company
  • Must be a resident of Karachi
  • Must have a personal bike for inter-office or warehouse coordination
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP)
  • Strong knowledge of logistics workflows and costing systems
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
