We work with major platforms like Yardi, RealPage, Nexus, AppFolio, and more — delivering accurate, timely, and reliable financial support through our team in Pakistan.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead and manage our in-house accounting team. You will supervise junior accountants, review and finalize financial reports, and ensure that all deliverables for our US-based property management clients are completed to the highest standards. You will also handle basic internal accounting and compliance tasks related to the Pakistani system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise junior accountants working on US-based property management accounts.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, reconciliations, rent rolls, AP/AR entries, and other deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards (GAAP) and client-specific requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks before submission to clients.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the team.
  • Work with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Nexus, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.
  • Coordinate internal tasks related to payroll, expenses, and local compliance (Pakistan).
  • Assist with local tax matters, vendor payments, or statutory filings if needed.
  • Identify areas of improvement and streamline accounting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • ACCA (Affiliate or Member), CA Finalist, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience with US property management accounting is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi, RealPage, Nexus, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of both US GAAP and Pakistani accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in outsourced or BPO accounting environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, Bill.com, Gusto, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
