Senior Accountant (Opportunity for CA Finalists) (Time 4pm to 1am) (On-Site Karachi)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Accountant to join our team. This role offers a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth, allowing you to contribute to our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, including statements, work papers, and supporting schedules.
  • Manage intercompany chargebacks.
  • Perform reconciliations for GST/HST/QST, bank, and tenant accounts, and assist with collections.
  • Prepare and review annual CAM and tax billing/lease agreements.
  • Record month-end and recurring journal entries.
  • Assist in developing the annual budget.
  • Prepare year-end audit working papers and coordinate with auditors.
  • Collaborate with Property and Asset Managers on accounting issues.
  • Oversee cash flow and cash call processes.
  • Support acquisition and disposition analysis, including preparing closing adjustment statements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
  • CA/CMA/ICMA/ACCA certification or partial qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in writing detailed reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • At least 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in IT & ITES companies.
