Job Description
  • Oversee and conduct investigations across multiple business segments by managing allegations from various channels, utilizing internal and external resources as needed.
  • Develop investigative theories and employ specialized techniques to gather evidence, analyze findings, and draw conclusions.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses and present findings to relevant business units and law enforcement agencies.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to business processes.
  • Prepare reports and evidence compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Fluent in English and Urdu, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in conducting judicial investigations, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
  • Strong knowledge of legal resources, criminal law, civil law, or corporate law.
  • Experience in law enforcement, legal departments, regulatory bodies, or similar organizations, preferably with a multinational or overseas compliance background.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to deadlines and workflow changes.
  • Ability to collaborate with law enforcement and maintain confidentiality during investigations.
