We are looking for a Product Coordinator in Lahore to lead our chatbot initiative. The role includes managing daily operations, coordinating teams, enhancing user engagement, overseeing content, and supporting marketing efforts. Strong communication skills, project management experience, and a passion for women's empowerment and digital innovation are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the chatbot project to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment and accountability
  • Oversee development and quality of chatbot content for accuracy and impact
  • Monitor user interactions and feedback to enhance user experience
  • Support onboarding and training of new users
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and project documentation
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote chatbot platforms effectively

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 - 4 Years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, preferably in tech or development sectors
  • Hands-on knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Interest and passion for women's empowerment, digital solutions, and social impact
