Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Islamabad. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers on the use of our products, analysing market trends, developing product strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily hospital visits to engage with healthcare professionals
  2. Presenting products to doctors and medical staff
  3. Generating inquiries, following up on leads, and preparing quotations
  4. Tender follow-ups and documentation management
  5. Reporting to team leads, maintaining sales pipelines, and managing market receivables
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D)
  2. 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in a similar role
  3. Technical expertise as a Product Specialist
  4. Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  6. Sales experience with the ability to develop product strategies
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
