- Provide first-level support to customers on product inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate new features and updates.
- Assist customers in product configuration and troubleshooting.
- Document and escalate technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning about new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Healthcare is advantageous.
- Eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours.
