Manager HR Operations at Rankistan Digital Marketing Agency

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive media buying strategies tailored mainly to Meta and TikTok. And addition of Pinterest, Snapchat and other platforms, considering the target audience, campaign objectives, and budget allocation.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
• Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify relevant targeting options and optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives optimized for Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Stay updated on market trends, platform updates, and best practices for Meta and TikTok advertising.
• Manage relationships with advertising partners, negotiate rates, and ensure campaign objectives are met within budget constraints.
• Provide regular reports and performance updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of international experience in media buying, focusing on Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Must have experience in running ads for international ecommerce.
• Media Buying: Must have managed monthly ad spend over $50k.
• Revenue: Must have worked with brands with revenues over $1M+ a month.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, research, communication and collaboration skills.
