Our organization seeks a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to lead our social media presence and drive meaningful engagement with our target audience. This pivotal role demands a mastery of best practices and trends in social media marketing, as well as the ability to foster creativity and convert digital audiences into loyal brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Build, manage, and maintain our company's social media profiles on multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, and other relevant networks.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, shareable content tailored to each network's unique characteristics, driving our brand awareness and content dissemination.
  • Community Engagement: Listen, engage, and respond to relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry, cultivating relationships with existing customers, leads, and new audiences.
  • Campaigns and Promotions: Design and execute regular social promotions and campaigns, tracking their success and optimizing strategies for improved results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketers and content producers to distribute engaging content that educates and entertains our target audience.
  • Audience Growth and Engagement: Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence, exploring innovative ways to engage and reach our target buyers.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, able to use data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Bonus skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Past experiences in marketing, customer support, and/or IT preferred.
