We are looking for an ambitious and result oriented Senior Media Buyer, at our Lahore office, to grow and strengthen our business. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through implementing high performing strategies, analysing customer data, and forging strong campaign results. This position is one of the key roles as it is the brain behind campaign management and reports to the Growth Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand user persona, search intent and how people search for our clients' offerings.
  • Plan, create and optimise campaigns across digital channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Email Marketing and other ongoing platforms.
  • Optimise bidding for high-intent interest, placements, devices, demographics, and other target metrics.
  • Analyse content and metrics to ensure that the campaigns provide scaling results.
  • Perform keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and recommend ideas and topics for content.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve search ranking positions for target keywords hence improving CRO.
  • Plan, run, manage, monitor, and report on ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate from a reputable institution.
  • 2-3 three years' experience in a similar or related role in an Advertising / Marketing Agency.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 Years of proven experience with managing successful campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • Creative, analytical, solution-oriented with strong internal personal skills.
