Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Students Admission and Sales Coordinator to handle student recruitment, manage admission procedures, and drive sales initiatives. The role involves direct interaction with students, parents, partner institutions, and the sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. In addition, you will oversee office administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, scheduling, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel prospective students on study abroad options, admission requirements, and visa processes.
  • Manage end-to-end admission procedures including documentation, application submission, and follow-ups with universities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract students and achieve monthly targets.
  • Participate in and coordinate educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and partner institutions to generate leads.
  • Follow up with inquiries and leads to ensure successful enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate student records and track application progress.
  • Handle inquiries promptly via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
