Job Role and Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to serve as a key member of the Counselling department, providing support to students across a wide age range.

  • Conduct in-depth research and compile comprehensive reports on various segments of education at top universities worldwide.
  • Create and manage product materials for undergraduate, graduate, and student advisory programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage communication with clients for all counselling products.
  • Provide information and support to students and sales teams regarding student recruitment for leading UK universities.
  • Monitor login details and operational status of applications and admission decisions for all clients.
  • Manage the centralized counselling email address and maintain a list of queries and documents for review.
  • Support data requests from the sales team, marketing, and business development departments within the Counselling department.
  • Develop and manage a network of alumni for US, UK, and MBA programs.
  • Build and manage a network of counsellors.
  • Supervise and manage the Assistant Manager Counselling Department.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable local or international University is required.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and multitask effectively is necessary.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
