We are a USA-Based IT Outsourcing Company located in Karachi (near Baloch Flyover, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal), and we are looking to immediately hire a 'Business Development Executive – Evening Shift Karachi' to join our team. The candidate must have the following capabilities:

Job Description:

  • Communicate with prospects in the United States.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills with an American or neutral accent. Candidates with average or good English speaking skills are discouraged from applying.
  • Meet revenue targets by identifying and securing profitable engagements, and build valuable relationships with key contacts.
  • Acquire leads and business through online marketplaces such as Guru, Fiver, etc., for web design/development and smartphone application design/development.
  • Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities, follow up with prospects via phone, email, and instant messaging to convert them into customers, and achieve sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing proposals, scope of work documents, and provide strategic input based on market demand.
  • Understand customer requirements and match them with organizational products or expertise.
  • Offer a lucrative commission structure.
  • Work hours are from 3 pm to 12 am Pakistan time.
Job Specification
  • Willingness to work evening shifts aligned with American time zones.
  • Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
  • Previous experience in IT product sales and marketing.
  • Experience bidding on online web marketplaces.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC, IT infrastructure, website design & development, WordPress, and smartphone apps is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a sales and marketing aptitude, capable of generating new ideas and revenue channels.
  • Client-centric, responsible, timely in responses and follow-ups, and willing to exceed expectations.
  • Strong phone skills, listening, presentation, negotiation, prospecting, sales planning, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, team player, quick learner.
