Job Purpose:
- Establish, maintain, and develop the company's presence in the corporate sector to generate new business while retaining existing corporate clients by providing exclusive customer service to gain customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling Fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions to B2B segments.
- Work closely with technical teams to devise solutions as per client expectations and requirements.
- Seek new business ventures; identify competitive edges and develop customized solutions for the Corporate Sector.
- Generate more sales from existing clients and ensure their confidence levels remain high to retain them by providing quality customer service.
New Business Development:
- Meet monthly sales targets as approved by management.
- Explore and drive new growth avenues through existing client base.
- Build new business relationships.
- Identify problems timely and manage customer service establishments to lead to new referrals and activations.
Revenue:
- Ensure revenue as per management targets.
- Enhance revenue from existing and prospective clients.
Customer Retention/Churn:
- Track corporate activations/disconnections and reasons.
- Formulate strategies for customer retention and churn prevention, addressing service, billing, or other issues causing dissatisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills):
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant domain; telecom and computer science degrees preferred.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
