Functional Consultant – Oracle Fusion Finance

We're hiring a Finance Functional Consultant with Oracle Fusion expertise to join our growing ERP team. This role will focus on the implementation and support of Oracle Financials Cloud across different business units. You'll be the go-to person for everything finance-related within Oracle Fusion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and gather business requirements related to financial processes
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Liaise between technical teams and business users to ensure successful implementation
- Manage integration of third-party financial applications
- Provide training and support to end users
- Troubleshoot finance system issues and ensure timely resolution
- Document configurations and functional design specifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle modules and financial accounting principles
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials
- Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Exposure to global finance operations
