Ecert (one of the businesses of Get License) it's training provides CPD-accredited, industry-aligned courses for the UK's health and social care, security, and compliance sectors. Ecert Business focuses on evidence-informed, learner-centred content that meets current regulatory and operational needs.

We are seeking a research-focused Course Designer & Quality Assurance Lead to develop new training courses and improve existing ones. This role ensures content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards, regulatory guidance, and accreditation requirements.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Research & Collaborate: Dive into trusted regulatory and academic sources (e.g., CQC, Skills for Care) and work closely with subject matter experts to ensure every course is accurate, impactful, and relevant.
• Design with Purpose: Use tools like Articulate Rise, Canva, and Google Workspace to bring structured, learner-friendly content to life—including clear objectives, interactive assessments, and visual storytelling.
• Refine & Elevate: Review and enhance existing course content to meet evolving compliance needs and improve learner engagement.
• Champion Compliance: Ensure all learning aligns with CPD, CQC, and Skills for Care standards—helping us stay audit-ready and learner-focused.
• Drive Projects Forward: Collaborate with business leads to prioritize and deliver course development plans on time and with excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Sharp research and writing skills that turn complex information into accessible learning.
• Familiarity with tools like Rise and Canva.
• Bonus: knowledge of UK social care, compliance, or CPD-accredited frameworks.
